Clark and his wife,Norma, are celebrating their 49th anniversary this year. Their family consists of their son Josh, his bride Joy, and three wonderful grandchildren, Sarah Beth, Caleb and Cullen.
Norma and Clark have lived in Cedar Point for 18 plus years and have attended Island Church since it was planted in 2017.
He and Norma both taught school in Virginia for 30 years. She taught music across all grades. Clark was a vocational building trades teacher that prepared students for entry into a wide range of construction fields. One of his fondest memories is that upon his retirement from teaching, he went to work for several of his former students preparing blueprints for their construction projects.
Since their marriage, Clark and Norma have been blessed by serving the Lord through utilization of the talents He has given them. Through His direction, they have been drawn to the areas of teaching, leadership and encouragement. In addition, they have participated in many construction related mission trips. Today their Joy comes from ministering to the needs of our church family and community. In this way they strive to fulfill the great commission as given by Jesus.
